Very concerned and disappointed to hear of these changes by the local NHS: local surgeries in Dereham and Mattishall are already under pressure of rising demand from new housing and with Toftwood housing growth we surely need more local GP & community health provision - not less. 

Inland flooding in Norfolk - and many other counties - has got significantly worse in the last 5 years.  

I spoke yesterday in a Westminster Hall debate on SEND provision in the East of England, highlighting the impact of the recent surge in demand which is overwhelming schools in mid-Norfolk and the need for the funding formula to properly account for rural costs.

Further to the announcement by Norfolk County Council to cut SEND funding, I  convened another Headteacher's Forum with the headteachers in my patch to get their take on the current situation they are faced with.

Having spent 12 years working on the SubStations at Necton to help Necton and other affected villages get the community benefit and compensation they need I’m very concerned by this latest proposal.
